IMPORTANT NOTE: Polarized lenses are unfortunately not suitable for reading LCD displays - as commonly found, for example, in wristwatches, training computers, or flight instruments(!).

You can approximately determine your required strength, see Product Safety Information / User Instructions. To choose the appropriate strength, consider how you want to use the bifocal glasses. Cyclists, motorcyclists, runners/hikers, etc., who need to read their instruments can also choose a lower diopter level than their reading glasses (e.g., reading glasses +2.0, then bifocal +1.5). The reason is that instruments are usually farther away than a newspaper/book.
