Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days (1 month for eBay purchases) without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days (1 month for eBay purchases) from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us,

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund for goods that can be shipped as parcels until we have received these goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. promptly and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods that can be shipped as parcels before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be shipped as parcels, as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be shipped as parcels. The costs for returning goods that cannot be shipped as parcels are estimated to be a maximum of approximately 120.00 EUR. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
