The TacoSol Circ ZR HE solar station allows for hydraulic balancing, flow measurement, and venting directly at the station. With the integrated TacoSetter Inline 130, the required fluid volume of the primary circuit can be precisely and conveniently set and monitored. Continuous air separation at the vent bottle ensures energy-efficient system operation. Hydraulically balanced and vented systems guarantee optimal energy utilization, making them more economical in accordance with the enacted energy-saving regulations. With scales pre-calibrated for inhibitors, professionals can set and monitor exact flow values on-site. Training and expensive measuring devices are no longer necessary.

Functionality
In combination with a solar controller, the solar fluid heated in the collector is transported via the solar station through a heat exchanger to the heating or domestic water storage tank. With the integrated TacoSetter Inline 130 balancing valve, the volumetric flow can be adjusted and monitored to match the collector or heat exchanger performance. The flow measurement of this balancing valve is based on the float principle. Adjustment is made using a screwdriver at the adjustment screw. The reading mark is the bottom edge of the float body. The integrated vent bottle ensures continuous air separation through an innovative flow design, increasing system efficiency.
