Our flexible stainless steel helical pipe system combines the durability of stainless steel with the versatility of helical pipes. This makes it more resistant, faster and more flexible than rigid pipes, such as copper. Due to the high physical, mechanical and thermal load capacity in combination with high flexibility, a wide range of applications opens up:
Advantages over rigid pipes (e.g. copper):
It is a longitudinally welded helical pipe made of V4A steel (stress-relief annealed) that is processed without special tools.
Processing is absolutely simple, which significantly reduces installation time and costs. The pipe is manufactured with corresponding fittings in 4 different sizes from DN15 to DN32. Other sizes on request.
The connection to fittings, devices and pipe connections, etc., is made using brass or stainless steel fittings with a cone seal. There are 5 different fitting types per pipe dimension.
Advantageous for transport and storage is the small dimension of a pipe coil and the low weight compared to copper pipe.
Standard lengths: 5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m, 50m
Other pipe lengths can be customized on request.
